Align, Activate and Thrive: a truly uplifting, energizing and informative event hosted by Sara McCready of Illuminated Joy and Paula Stachyra of Regener8 Coaching! I learned a lot about our chakras and effective ways of balancing them. A reiki infused meditation along with a releasing ceremony were the energetic powerhouses and highlights for me. A very safe and supportive space was also created for sharing and releasing. I am truly grateful to Sara and Paula for sharing their wisdom, passions, and gifts with us. I cautionly entered into reike being unfamiliar with the process. After a series of sessions with Sara, I have experienced wonderful guidance and clarity with my inner child. Aware of inner child work from past therapy, here I gained a deeper understanding of how to interact with "my little" meeting OUR needs. I confidently recommend working with Sara through her mentorship or reike treatments. The direction/education I gained through a relaxing treatments has transformed my understanding of myself. Sara really takes the time to understand how you are doing and is fantastic at explaining simple changes that can be made to improve health and wellbeing. The Reiki sessions are always beneficial and the positive effects are felt for days/weeks after session. Can't recommend enough!

My first session with Sara, was really amazing. Shewalked me through the process of relaxing and getting to a relaxed state, her voice is extremely calming, her energy is just wow amazing.
