Sara really takes the time to understand how you are doing and is fantastic at explaining simple changes that can be made to improve health and wellbeing. The Reiki sessions are always beneficial and the positive effects are felt for days/weeks after session. Can't recommend enough!

My first session with Sara, was really amazing. Shewalked me through the process of relaxing and getting to a relaxed state, her voice is extremely calming, her energy is just wow amazing. I really enjoyed my first session with her, I look forward to many more. Would really recommend to anyone looking for alternatives route to discovering and coming home to themselves.
